Thank you for visiting J-Dog Designs.  I pledge to provide quality, stylish, and functional apparel for small dogs. Having owned small dogs and being a veterinarian, I know the importance of practical and durable apparel for small dogs during the winter months. I have also witnessed, first hand, some needs that should be addressed in this department. I vow to do my best to address areas that have been overlooked by the bigger retailers.

In addition to providing an excellent product, I promise to render attentive and prompt customer service. I am reachable by email, snail-mail, or phone. I vow to respond to you within 48 hours when contacted by phone or 24 hours when contacted by  email. Any concerns will be taken seriously and immediate steps will be taken to resolve any problems.

Return Policy:

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order.  Returns must be in their original condition with no obvious signs of wear. We maintain the right to reject a return which has been damaged or has obvious signs of use.  The customer must pay the shipping fee to return the product to the seller. Assuming that the product is in new condition, a refund will be made in full to the customer within 7 days of receiving the return.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving the order. Should the projected shipping date be longer, the customer will be notified immediately with the new projected date. Should the new date not be acceptable to the customer, they have the option to cancel the order at that time. In such a case, a refund will be provided within 7 days.
