When measuring your pet for J-Dog Clothing:

1. Measure length from the base of the head (where the collar would lie) to the base of the tail. (See illustration)

2. Measure the girth of your pet, which is the distance around the widest point of the chest- just behind the elbows. (See Illustration)

3. Check your measurements against the provided size chart. If your pet’s measurements fit 2 of the 3 measurements for a given size, you should go with that size. Clothing with a slightly looser fit will be more comfortable and look better than clothing that is too tight. If you are ever in doubt, order the next larger size.
